First, you MUST let you’re family in on your plans to become a work at home
mom. It’s important that everyone, kids and dad, understand that there will be
times during the week that you will need to focus working on your business. Let
your biggest supporters know you need their support by allowing you time to
grow your business.
Second, you will need to decide how many hours you plan to work each day.
Timing is everything! So is balancing your work day into your family life. Make
sure that whatever time you have set aside for your new venture, doesn’t
overlap your biggest priority, family time!
The third, MUST to focus on is, you MUST take good care of your customers from
the beginning. If you promise your customers a product or service, you need to
deliver it exactly as promised if not better than your customers expectations.
This will ensure a happy customer. Happy customers will build your business!
Last but not least, make sure you have your own work space. Organize it with
everything you need; office supplies, filing system, and any other necessity
your new business requires. Now you’re ready to go!
